Phase 1 Pre-Order Fulfillment

  • All Phase 1 purchases are strictly pre-orders securing one of the initial 200 production units.

  • Expected dispatch is  8 to 16 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • You will receive an immediate order confirmation upon purchase, followed by a secondary tracking notification once your unit clears UK processing and is handed to the courier.

Shipping Methods & Dispatch

  • All STOVO units are dispatched securely via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Shipping costs are flat-rate and calculated at checkout.

Geographic Restrictions

  • STOVO exclusively ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not accept international orders or forward to international freight networks during Phase 1.

Tracking & Liability

  • Tracking credentials are automatically emailed to you the moment your order leaves our UK facility.

  • If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact hello@stovo.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can initiate an immediate courier investigation.
